My summer schedule consists primarily of guiding folks up some of the finest alpine rock climbs imaginable. Nothing to complain about there! Usually, these are multi-day trips (Mount Emerson and Crystal Crag are exceptions), with one day for the approach, one day for the climb itself, and a final day (often short) for the return back to the trailhead. Sometimes, we can compress these trips into two days, and even more rarely we might go for a big objective in one huge day. I don’t use the term “classic” lightly, so this list can’t be a mile long. I work through local guiding companies with commercial use permits for the above climbing regions. We will take care of any required overnight wilderness permits.
